London as capital city of England, is one of the most popular and visited cities anywhere in the world. With many people taking London breaks for several days at any one time, there are just as many people who only have sufficient time to spend one day in London, because they are visiting because of work or are on route to another town or city, for example.

Being such a popular city, it can be difficult to arrange what to do for a full day, for the simple fact that there are so many different sights and attractions to take in.
Without taking into account the specific interests of different people, the following schedule is considered to be a great way to spend a full day London break, encompassing a taste of a variety of popular attractions.

Waking early, a stroll around Hyde Park is always strongly recommended. One of the largest parks in London, Hyde Park covers over 350 acres of land (around half of the size of Central Park in New York) and a range of different attractions in itself. From the Holocaust Memorial to the rose garden and plenty of beautiful lakes, an early morning walk through Hyde Park is a perfect way to start the day.

Leaving Hyde Park in the south east corner, you can walk east along Constitution Hill and within a matter of minutes end up at the official residence of the Queen of the United Kingdom, Buckingham Palace.

A beautiful and breathtaking building, part of the palace is open to the public and with the knowledge of a tour guide, you can view the inside of Buckingham Palace and receive information on this wonderful property.

Walking up the Mall and turning north at Trafalgar Square until you are at Piccadilly Circus, jump on the tube here at head to Covent Garden for a late breakfast in one of the many cafes, bistros or restaurants that are available.

After eating, you can take in the nearby sights, including the indoor market and street acts, before taking the tube to either South Kensington or Gloucester Road, both of which are only a small walk away from the National History Museum.

If you are planning to spend time in the National History Museum, it is highly recommended not to plan anything else for the rest of the day, as there are so many different exhibits that several days can be taken up exploring them all.

After finishing at the National History Museum, it is recommended to head back to your hotel and freshen up, before getting a black cab to Leicester Square for an early meal.

London Bridge may have fallen, but this tenacious society has a knack for bouncing back from just about anything. The lush patch on London metropolis; the area is maintained by London Wetlands Trust and covers more than 43 hectares and supposed to be one of the largest wildlife abode in entire European continent. If you are making a plan of London Travel, you should surely include this vibrant area in your list.
One great way to take in most of the sights of London is a river trip, because like most very old cities London was built on first one then both banks of a river, in London’s case the River Thames.

Summer holidays in London, while airfare will be at its peak, can still be cost efficient if you don’t mind staying in a university dormitory. Many universities throughout Europe, including in London, rent out their empty rooms for about $100 per night during summer and other school breaks. You won’t find perks like room service or even a private bath, but the price is right if you just need a place to lay your head.
Other favorite puttering spots are Kings Road (starting near Sloane Square), and Carnaby Street. Some of the side streets in Soho also have some interesting shops and if you like books, Charing Cross Road and the streets that run off of it are fun to wander around.

London in the United Kingdom is a city that never gets tired. Like the best cities in the world, London is an expensive city to live in or travel.
London city offers various exciting things to experience and it will certainly take time to explore the whole city and its amusing sightseeing like Buckingham Palace, Victoria Hall, London Tower, Westminster Abbey, and many more.

It is a fact that the name of an airline carrier has a bearing on ticket price. If you want cheaper fares, then you can simply choose a lesser known airline carrier. They would of course have cheaper fares.
The best way to get to all these museums is on London’s public transport. An oyster card will be the cheapest way to travel round London and can be used on buses, tubes and trams
. They are pay as you go cards so you can just top them up, as you need them.

All these hotels provide a well decorated and clean rooms to their guests. In maximum hotels and guest houses breakfast is complimentary, very few provides a free meal to their guests. Always remember before going to booking for an accommodation take all information and discounts.
Travel agents of course, will be able to find some great deals, but when the seasoned traveler makes use of the Internet, it opens up a whole new selection of travel deals. While the prices are unrivalled at times, there are some steps that need to be taken to ensure that you are in fact, getting not only a good travel package, but also, a great one! All of these will package airfare, hotel, car, and even schedule major attractions or entertainment at the click of a button.

How remarkable the price to stay in a hotel in London. As a major city in the UK there are lots of hotels available though, and you don’t always have to pay top price for them. All it takes is a little knowledge and some advance planning to get some better deals.

Here are five ways you can cut costs when you are looking for cheap hotels in London.

1.Look further out from the centre of London. It’s tempting to stay right in the heart of the city when you come up to London. But that isn’t where you are likely to find the cheap hotels in London. Instead try looking on the outskirts. You will still be close to the city but you will leave the more expensive post codes behind. This should reduce the room rate and you will still be able to reach all the locations you want to see easily by public transport.

2.Avoid big name hotels. It can be nice to stay in a famous hotel or one that belongs to a posh chain. But you will pay higher prices for doing so. And since you really only want the room to sleep in, it’s easy to stay elsewhere and save some cash to use in other ways instead.

3.Stays of two or three nights can work out cheaper per night than a one night stay.
Look out for special deals that reduce the price per night when you spend longer in the hotel. These are ideal if you are looking for cheap hotels in London for a weekend away. Not all hotels offer them so do your research and make up a shortlist of ones which do. Watch out for time sensitive offers and ones that may be extended for certain times of the year as well.

4.Look for hotels that offer a free breakfast included in the price.
Some hotels charge extra for having breakfast while you are staying there, and this can add a lot to the price. Even if you choose not to have breakfast during your stay you will need to buy a meal out in London instead – and that can be even more expensive. So choosing cheap hotels in London which offer breakfast for free each day is a good way to save money and set yourself up for the day as well.

5.Do some research online and compare prices and deals before booking anything.

Some people settle on the first hotel they come across. But this isn’t the best way to find the cheapest deal when it comes to booking a hotel in London. Instead, decide where you ideally want to stay and start looking for hotels in the vicinity. You’ll be amazed at the difference in prices when you start looking at all the options. Watch out for additional deals which are unique to booking online as well. Some hotels offer a small discount for booking in this way instead of phoning them directly.

You may not have thought that staying in a London hotel would be a cheap option. But as you can see there are plenty of ways you can reduce your hotel bill without reducing your experience of London. In fact you can get a lot more for your money while staying in London that you think.

Provided you follow the steps above and make sure you have looked at all the options, you can enjoy your pick of the cheap hotels in London every time you visit.
