London as capital city of England, is one of the most popular and visited cities anywhere in the world. With many people taking London breaks for several days at any one time, there are just as many people who only have sufficient time to spend one day in London, because they are visiting because of work or are on route to another town or city, for example.

Being such a popular city, it can be difficult to arrange what to do for a full day, for the simple fact that there are so many different sights and attractions to take in.
Without taking into account the specific interests of different people, the following schedule is considered to be a great way to spend a full day London break, encompassing a taste of a variety of popular attractions.

Waking early, a stroll around Hyde Park is always strongly recommended. One of the largest parks in London, Hyde Park covers over 350 acres of land (around half of the size of Central Park in New York) and a range of different attractions in itself. From the Holocaust Memorial to the rose garden and plenty of beautiful lakes, an early morning walk through Hyde Park is a perfect way to start the day.

Leaving Hyde Park in the south east corner, you can walk east along Constitution Hill and within a matter of minutes end up at the official residence of the Queen of the United Kingdom, Buckingham Palace.

A beautiful and breathtaking building, part of the palace is open to the public and with the knowledge of a tour guide, you can view the inside of Buckingham Palace and receive information on this wonderful property.

Walking up the Mall and turning north at Trafalgar Square until you are at Piccadilly Circus, jump on the tube here at head to Covent Garden for a late breakfast in one of the many cafes, bistros or restaurants that are available.

After eating, you can take in the nearby sights, including the indoor market and street acts, before taking the tube to either South Kensington or Gloucester Road, both of which are only a small walk away from the National History Museum.

If you are planning to spend time in the National History Museum, it is highly recommended not to plan anything else for the rest of the day, as there are so many different exhibits that several days can be taken up exploring them all.

After finishing at the National History Museum, it is recommended to head back to your hotel and freshen up, before getting a black cab to Leicester Square for an early meal.

London, the capital of United Kingdom and the home of 2012 summer Olympic games is one of the most important business hub in the world. With so much to offer from tourist perspective and business perspective, London becomes one the most visited cities in the world.

Citing all these details, you can very well imagine how important it is for you to find an appropriate place for your stay in London.

In the past, hotels were often considered as the natural place of stay for the visitors and travelers who wished to spend their time at a particular location. But over the years, this has changed considerably and now visitors look for something more warm and homely to spend their time. This need of the oncoming visitors is carefully and considerably met by offering them serviced apartments.

For example in the UK, big cities like London offer a full range of well serviced apartments. With so much to choose from, and the quality of apartments provided by serviced apartment providers, the visitors can have comfortable stay that is at par or even better than the top class hotels in the city.

With so much to choose from, and with ever increasing number of visitors who avail the facility of serviced apartments, the common reviews that come out includes the services and facilities these apartments have to offer. All these apartments are mostly well furnished, modern and cater to all the requirements to go about in daily life, which further allows the visitors to enjoy living in London with all the comforts of a home, and also helps them in spending less amounts of money on their accommodation.

And if you still feel that you need a better idea of what ’serviced apartment’ is, then this general outline will be able to explain this. A serviced apartment in UK is a regular style apartment, which gives you the comfortable environment and offers the convenience of a hotel but is far more cost-effective and with the space and seclusion of a private home. Visitors enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment in convenient locations for business. Each apartment is comfortably furnished keeping in mind your needs, and most are connected with broadband and all with satellite TV and fully-equipped kitchen with latest appliances and modern surroundings.

By staying in these serviced apartments, guests are able to live the same life that they lead in their individual homes without too much change. Consider a case when you want the accommodation for a large group of people or even your family, these serviced apartments give you the best and cheaper option whereas in the other case you will be spending heavily if you look out for a hotel (more rooms will cost you more).

The other few advantages that these serviced apartments offer are the variety of configurations to choose from like studio apartments, 1 bedroom,2 bedroom or even 3 bedroom apartments, which are available for use from 01 week to 01 year, thereby giving you the flexibility to adjust your length of stay. Also these apartments usually dont have any tenancy agreement.

Make sure that the serviced apartment is conveniently located so that you can make the most of your time. Few details like proximity to transport links and business infrastructure is absolutely essential as this wil save you a lot of time and money.

But before finalising your stay, you as a visitor should be aware of the services offered. As with any other service, always make sure that you are given the best possible solution, and the company has the best staff to fullfill your needs.

Always choose a company which has the reputation of providing you with the consistent high standards of service, and capture all the details of your requirements from the choice of location, to apartment and to furnishings and guest care.

As you can very well judge from the this article, the serviced apartments have got plenty to offer and definetely hold a edge when it comes to staying in hotels.
